根据合同约定在保险责任开始后可以解除合同的，被保险人要求解除合同，保险人有权收取自保险责任开始之日起至合同解除之日止的保险费，剩余部分予以退还；保险人要求解除合同，应当将自合同解除之日起至保险期间届满之日止的保险费退还被保险人。
