2019年起，台灣電子產業在全球最大電子消費品聯盟「責任商業聯盟」（Responsible Business Alliance, RBA）的壓力下，率先落實「移工零收費原則」。台積電、宏碁、台達電等電子巨頭要求合作的仲介不得向移工收費，費用由雇主承擔。
